  Worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with. I was with his office for a year and did not renew when my policy expired. Not once did I talk to Jim or did he return my phone calls. I was in a non at fault accident and when I called their office I was immediately transferred to the claims department which I didn't have a problem with, but they did nothing to help me with the claim and actually lied to me when I had question instead of finding the correct answers. Told me my rental days were up when I still had 7 says left. I do believe Allstate is a great company, but this office does nothing to help its customers when it comes to service. I would NEVER recommend this agent to anyone. Find someone who ACTUALLY cares about the people he is insuring and paying his salary.
