  My wife and I are very impressed by Mullins and his team at Altus realty. We interviewed several realtors before deciding to contract with Altus. Most of the realtors we interviewed focused on the weaknesses of the listing while Dan concentrated on its many strengths. I firmly believe that success in the realty business is dependent on one undeniable fact; a great realtor has the skills to match a buyer’s wants to the attributes of the property and needs of the seller. When we met the buyer and his wife, they were looking for the exact attributes that our home had to offer. The team at Altus is almost surgical in their business dealings. There were no miscues, no mistakes, and the transaction was executed quickly. Dan is well connected in the Phoenix metro area, which leverages his ability to find a buyer and get your home sold. We have already recommended Dan and Altus to a friend whose home was on the market for almost a year. Dan found a buyer and struck a satisfactory deal for this home in less than a week. We have no reservations about providing the highest of recommendations for Dan and Altus realty. If we have future real estate needs, our first call will be to Altus realty.
